The second KZN Green Growth Conference which was hosted by the KZN Department of Economic Development and Tourism proved to be a real success and was thoroughly enjoyed by the delegates that attended. Over the two days there were 318 delegates that attended the conference and participated in discussion and debates on the various topics that speakers presented on. This year's theme of the conference was "Merging the economy and the environment" and the conference programme had speakers from Cape Town, Gauteng and KZN presenting on the different themes. This year we were also privilidged to have the presence of two international speakers, one from the UK and one from the Netherlands who spoke on valuing natural capital and the Dutch Waste to Energy Sector.
